Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Villas de Rêve à la Mer. By using our website or submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Guests can submit a booking enquiry via the form on the website. A booking representative will then contact the guest directly to confirm availability, pricing, and booking details. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation by the booking representative for Villas de Rêve à la Mer.

A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received and a confirmation notice has been issued. A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks before arrival. Both payments must be made by bank transfer to the account specified by the representative.

If payment is not received within the required timeframe, the booking may be cancelled and the applicable cancellation terms will apply. The website owner does not collect or store any payment information.

2. PRICES AND FEES

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed in writing by the representative.

3. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing to the booking representative. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, the following cancellation charges apply:

More than 90 days: 5% of total rental amount
More than 60 days: 40% of total rental amount
More than 30 days: 75% of total rental amount
30 days or fewer: 100% of total rental amount

Refunds will be processed by the booking representative in accordance with these terms.

Villas de Rêve à la Mer reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases, a full refund of any payments made will be provided.

Guests are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00 on the agreed departure date. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must vacate the property at the agreed times unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are asked to treat the property and its contents with care and respect. They are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay.

Guests must comply with local laws and any property guidelines provided upon arrival.

6. Liability

Villas de Rêve à la Mer, its owners and representatives cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests’ belongings unless caused by proven negligence. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions, particularly when using facilities such as the barbecue.

The property owners and representatives are not liable for interruptions to utilities (such as electricity, water, or internet) resulting from events beyond their control.

7. House Rules

The maximum occupancy is eight (8) guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Parties, events, commercial activities and pets are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Guests should maintain a reasonable noise level and show consideration for neighbours and the local community. Please ensure that doors and windows are secured when leaving the property and that personal belongings are kept safe.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking process or through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Information submitted via the booking enquiry form is shared only with the booking representative for communication and reservation purposes. By providing your details, you consent to their use for these purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from your booking or use of this website will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

10. Amendments

Villas de Rêve à la Mer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
